Interviewers and healthcare professionals will self-assess their health and will not visit you if they recently have had any symptoms of COVID-19.
They will maintain social distancing during their visit wherever possible.
If preferred, they will wear masks during their visit.
They will sanitise their hands and equipment before entering and leaving your home as well as during the visit if they need to hand anything to you.
