Please try to log in again after 20 minutes if you receive an error message that says “Record locked”. If you have the same problem after 20 minutes, NatCen will be able to help you access your survey again: ncds@natcen.ac.uk or on 0800 526 397 between 9am to 7pm on Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm on Friday, 10am to 3pm on Saturday (free from UK landlines and mobiles, charges may apply outside the UK).
