Is the online survey questionnaire accessible?

We aimed to make the online questionnaire accessible and easy for everyone to use.?  

The online questionnaire features:? 

• a simple, clear layout? 
• large, easy-to-read text? 
• colours designed for good visibility? 
• links with extra information to clarify specific questions? 
• the ability to zoom in and out.  

Please note that the online questionnaire does not fully support screen readers due to the way some questions are designed.? 

If you are unable to complete the questionnaire online – for example, due to a visual impairment, disability, or any other reason – you can request a paper version of the questionnaire.?
