Will taking part by video call be complicated?

No, taking part in a video call interview should be very straightforward for most people. The interviewer will telephone you and talk you through the process and will be able to help with any problems. If there are technical difficulties which stop you taking part via video call, we can arrange to visit you at home to conduct your interview in person.
